A PE colorway made for Rui Hachimura and exclusive to Asia and Latin America . the Air Jordan 36 ‘Japan’ features a red leno-weave upper with tonal synthetic overlays and contrasting hits of black on the collar and tongue. Oversized lace keepers inspired by the Air Jordan 6 feature a red Jumpman on the right shoe and Rui’s personal logo on the left. Responsive cushioning comes courtesy of a full-length Zoom Air Strobel stitched directly to the upper . which works in tandem with an additional Zoom Air unit stacked under the forefoot. In the center of the lightly speckled foam midsole . a hollowed-out section reduces weight and exposes the shoe’s midfoot shank plate. An icy translucent rubber outsole provides grippy traction underfoot.
